  • How to identify the assigned driver at pick-up time?
    One day before the service, staff from our reservations area will contact you via mail or telephone to reconfirm the data of your service where the specific pick-up location and data of the assigned driver will be indicated. For pick-up services from the airport, the driver will wait at the corresponding exit (exit for national arrivals or international arrivals) with a sign with the name of the contact person (previously coordinated with the client).
  • If I want to change the pick-up and/or final destination, does it have an additional cost?
    It depends, if the new collection point is within the same district it will not have any extra cost; If you change district, there will be an additional cost that should be consulted in our reservations area.
  • Transportation services, are they performed only within Lima?"
    No, our units have a Single Circulation Card issued by the Ministry of Transport, which allows us to circulate throughout Lima and throughout Peru.
  • Are the transport units only for tourist transport?
    No, we provide transportation services in general, within the services provided we have: tourist transportation, personnel transportation, executive transportation, transportation for corporate events, transportation for events of national interest and transportation for weddings.
  • Is it possible to personalize tours?
    Yes, in the “Our Services” - “Tourism” section you can find all the tours in Lima and all the Full Days outside of Lima. Additionally, each client will be able to customize their trip according to their tastes and preferences. Our experts in the chosen destination will advise you to plan your trip and do tourism in Lima and other departments of Peru, if required.
  • Do the transport units have a wheelchair ramp?
    Yes, we have transport units implemented with a ramp for wheelchairs and support staff if necessary. This service will be subject to availability at the time of making the reservation and will have an additional cost that must be consulted in our reservations area.
  • Transport units, do they have a special chair for children?"
    Yes, our transport units have the option of a special chair for children. This service will be subject to availability at the time of making the reservation and will have an additional cost that must be consulted in our reservations area.
  • Payment for services, is it made at the time of booking?"
    Yes, we have a 100% payment policy in advance of the date of services.
  • What's included in the price?
    Our transportation services include: rental of the transport unit, fuel, professional tourist driver and 45 minutes of parking for services at the airport. Does not include tolls or parking.
  • Is it possible to rent the transport units without a driver?
    Given the difficult situation of the Lima traffic and the complicated dynamics to drive in the city of Lima, we only rent the transport units with driver of our company.
  • Is it possible to cancel the service and what would be the conditions?
    We have a cancellation policy of a maximum of 48 hours in advance for buses and minibuses and 24 hours for the rest of the transport units. Likewise, every NO SHOW will have a 100% penalty.
  • Do the units have accident insurance?
    Yes, our transport units have the mandatory SOAT insurance required by the Ministry of Transport. Additionally, as an added value and for the safety of our passengers, we have an All Risk Insurance from the company Pacíficos Seguros.
  • Are the company's drivers trustworthy?
    Yes, our drivers are registered on the Ministry of Transport payroll. Most of them have been working with us for years and are completely trustworthy. They are professional tourism drivers, with years of experience and who are constantly trained in road safety issues, responsible driving guidelines and customer service.
  • Do they have bilingual transport drivers?
    Currently we do not have a driver who speaks other languages, only his native language, Spanish; however, we have the additional service of transfer drivers, people in charge of receiving you at the airport in the language of your preference, who will help you with whatever you need and will accompany you to the hotel for your respective check-in. It is important to mention that a transfer driver is not an official tour guide; Therefore, if you want someone to provide you with more information about the city of Lima upon your arrival, we recommend coordinating with our reservations area the hiring of an official tour guide.
  • Do they have regular departures?
    No, at the moment we only provide private and executive transportation services in Lima and throughout Peru.
